Responsibilities

• Assist in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scale.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Account Management.
• Participate in digital learning modules and on-the-job training to build key business and technical skills.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Customer team including Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to deliver against the key account deliverables.
• Analyze business challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
