Job summary

Qualifications

• Student/ last year student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Analysis: support the wider sales team in maintaining key databases and presenting insights to management.
• Market Research: conduct country-based research on economies, trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; present findings to country managers.
• Administrative Tasks: assist with scheduling meetings, organising sales reports and preparing presentations; optimise service processes and document management.
• Participation in possible projects of other departments.
