Job summary

Rolls-Royce launches a 12-month Trainee Account Officer pathway in Abu Dhabi to fast-track graduates into customer account management. You will support contract coordination, administration and account activities while learning from experienced Account Managers.

You’ll gain exposure to civil aerospace customer relationships, apply problem-solving skills and progressively take on responsibilities with on-the-job and digital training in a global leader in aviation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in a commercial/financial or technical discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn from data, experimentation and experienced peers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scale.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Account Management.
• Participate in digital learning modules and on-the-job training to build key business and technical skills.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Customer team to deliver key account deliverables.
• Analyse business challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
