Kayali in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Traffic Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end workflow of content campaigns and 360-degree production. You will manage timelines, dependencies, and deliveries, acting as the central hub for traffic, approvals, and resourcing across campaigns and shoots.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in traffic/operations within creative environments, with deep Asana expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in traffic management, operations, or project management within creative, agency, or brand environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Asana and project workflow optimization is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day movement of content projects across the business.
• Build and maintain scalable project management systems within Asana across campaigns and production pipelines.
• Create dashboards, trackers, calendars, status systems, and reporting frameworks as we grow.
• Ensure tasks have clear owners, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and approvals.
