Bybit Limited is seeking a Trading Risk Control Lead with deep expertise in risk management for regulated digital asset activities. You will develop risk frameworks, oversee surveillance and regulatory reporting, and coordinate across Compliance, Legal and product teams to ensure regulatory readiness.

The role requires strong analytical and investigative skills, experience with licensing processes, and the ability to drive risk improvements across jurisdictions in a fast-moving crypto exchange

Qualificações

• 5+ years of risk management or market surveillance experience.
• Experience with digital asset businesses or regulated financial institutions.
• Experience investigating trading activity and market abuse.
• Degree in finance, economics, law or risk management or equivalent.
• Familiarity with licences, regulatory reviews or regulator engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain risk frameworks, assessments, risk appetite measures and controls for regulated digital asset businesses.
• Oversee market surveillance, investigate potential market abuse and coordinate escalations and regulatory reporting.
• Improve surveillance systems, monitoring scenarios and alert thresholds.
• Lead risk and surveillance workstreams for licence applications, including regulator engagement and operational readiness.
• Report key risks and remediation progress to management and boards; partner with internal teams on new products and jurisdictions.
