Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to establish and oversee the firm’s risk management framework across broker-dealer activities in ADGM. You will provide independent oversight of risk exposure, ensuring identification, assessment and management of material risks in line with appetite and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities include developing risk policies, monitoring governance, reporting to the Board, and engaging with regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain enterprise risk management framework per FSRA rules.
• Oversee risk governance across operational, market, liquidity, technology and regulatory risks.
• Monitor risk profile and ensure material risks stay within appetite and tolerance.
• Provide independent challenge to business activities, onboarding, trading, new products and initiatives.
• Prepare risk reports for Board and senior management.
