Job summary

Xpand Group in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Product Manager with strong trading, capital markets, fintech, or digital asset experience to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a next-generation trading product in Dubai.

This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of product, technology, trading, and regulation, collaborating with engineering, compliance, design, sales, and senior leadership to turn market requirements into resilient, institutional-grade trading products.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, trading, or capital markets.
Experience owning trading or market-infrastructure products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and cloud-native platforms.
Ability to write detailed product requirements and work with engineering teams.
Experience in regulated financial environments (SEC/FINRA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a next-generation trading product.
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, design, sales, and leadership.
Translate market requirements into resilient, institutional-grade trading products.
Balance discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
