Job summary

D24 Fintech invites a seasoned Forex Product Manager to lead strategy for FX and CFD trading products, delivering secure, scalable trading experiences across global markets. You will partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Payments and Risk to evolve platforms, optimize execution, and drive end-to-end product performance, including pricing, liquidity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within forex, CFD, brokerage or trading.
• Strong knowledge of global forex markets, pricing, execution, and liquidity models.
• Proven ability to manage trading platforms and market infrastructure.
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Cybersecurity, Payments, and Risk teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for forex and trading-related products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Drive evolution of trading platforms and trading infrastructure across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Collaborate with Tech to translate business requirements into product capabilities.
• Work with Cybersecurity to ensure security and resilience.
• Partner with Payments to optimize funding, withdrawals, and payment experiences.
• Build relationships with liquidity providers and trading technology vendors.
• Monitor market trends, regulation, and emerging technologies in forex/CFD.
• Define requirements related to pricing, execution, spreads, liquidity, leverage, risk controls, and trading functionality.
• Own product performance metrics: trading activity, engagement, revenue, profitability.
• Manage product P&L and identify opportunities to improve commercial value.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and drive go-to-market.

Job description

We are looking for a Forex Product Manager with deep expertise in FX and CFD trading products, trading infrastructure, and brokerage operations. This role requires a commercially minded product leader who can define product strategy, drive platform evolution, and optimize the end-to-end trading experience across global markets.

The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of the forex industry with hands-on product management experience, working closely with Technology, Cybersecurity, Payments, Trading, Risk, and external liquidity providers to deliver scalable, secure, and competitive trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for forex and trading-related products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management.
• Drive the evolution of trading platforms, infrastructure, and customer trading experiences across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
• Partner closely with the Tech team to translate business requirements into product capabilities and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure products are designed and maintained with the highest standards of security and resilience.
• Work with Payments teams and providers to optimize funding, withdrawal, and payment experiences for traders.
• Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, trading technology vendors, and other strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies within the global forex and CFD industry.
• Define product requirements related to pricing, execution, spreads, liquidity, leverage, risk controls, and trading functionality.
• Own product performance metrics, including trading activity, client engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage product P&L and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer value.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives and drive successful go-to-market execution.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within forex, CFD, brokerage, trading, or financial markets environments.
• Strong understanding of global forex markets, trading products, market structure, and brokerage business models.
• Proven experience managing trading platforms, forex products, or financial market infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of liquidity providers, execution models, pricing mechanisms, and trading operations.
• Experience working closely with Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Payments teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product performance, business metrics, and P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and execute complex product roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MT4, MT5, trading APIs, liquidity aggregation, and trading infrastructure.
• Experience launching products across international markets.
