Job summary

BitDelta Pro in Dubai seeks a Product Specialist with hands-on knowledge of brokerage technology, trading products and client lifecycle operations to support development across CRM, MT5, PSPs and IB/affiliate programs.

You will translate requirements into product workflows, manage end-to-end onboarding, funding and trading journeys, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant experiences for forex, CFDs, futures and options.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, CS or related field.
2–4 years in brokerage/fintech product ops, PM, BA or trading-platform implementation.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MT5 trading workflows; can discuss ops with tech and biz.
Experience with PSP journeys, IB/affiliate structures, copy/social trading products.
Understanding of forex, CFDs, derivatives, F&O and perpetual futures.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize enhancements and coordinate releases across web/mobile/admin/trading systems.
Support MT5-related product workflows: accounts, orders, positions, leverage, margin, commissions, swaps, symbol config.
Translate derivatives requirements into product workflows with proper margin, funding, P&L, liquidation and risk controls.
Improve CRM workflows: lead capture, pipeline stages, follow-ups, segmentation, lifecycle reporting.
Coordinate PSP integrations for deposits/withdrawals, payments status, callbacks, reconciliation and region-specific journeys.
Collaborate on IB/affiliate onboarding, referrals, commissions, payout rules, and copy/social trading features.
