FinTop Consulting in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own planning, requirements, testing, and launches for trading products. You will collaborate with senior management, developers, internal teams, and external partners to introduce new trading challenges, account models, features, and improvements.

The role requires solid knowledge of the prop trading industry, trading platforms, and CRM operations, with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy across channels.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Product Management, PMO, or Operations within Forex/CFD broker or prop firm.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in a prop trading firm.
• Strong understanding of prop trading models, drawdown rules, payout processes.
• Experience with trading CRMs and platforms.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to coordinate with developers and external partners.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Fintop Consulting has partnered with a growing, broker-backed proprietary trading firm to hire a Product Manager for its Dubai office.

The company operates in the global prop trading industry and is backed by an established Forex/CFD brokerage group. With a growing international trader base and expanding product offerings, the firm is looking for someone to manage product launches, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth product operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take ownership of product planning, requirements, testing, and launches.

You will work closely with senior management, developers, internal teams, and external technology partners to introduce new trading challenges, account models, features, and product improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the prop trading industry, trading platforms and CRM operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management or Operations within a Forex/CFD broker, prop firm or trading fintech.
• At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a prop trading firm.
• Strong understanding of prop trading models, trading challenges, drawdown rules, and payout processes.
• Practical experience with trading CRMs and platforms.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to coordinate with developers and external technology partners.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
