Job summary

Bathco seeks a proactive Trade Finance Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will manage bilateral financing lines, interact with banks, and deliver cash forecasts to support the group's sustainable metals trading strategy.

A BA/MA in a related field with at least 3 years in trade finance is required. Strong Excel skills, a numbers mindset, and hands-on deal structuring experience with banks are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trade finance within a trading house.
• Strong Excel skills and tech-savvy approach.
• Experience structuring and pitching financing deals to banks and hedging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage bilateral financing lines (CTF, Repo, overdraft) and facilities.
• Communicate with banks for onboarding, terms, and deal presentation.
• Perform free cash analysis, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Develop risk management tools and SOPs for processes.
• Generate daily P&L and reports for senior management.
• Optimize interest costs and banking charges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing bilateral financing lines (CTF, Repo, overdraft), borrowing base, discounting and factoring facilities
• Communication with financing banks (onboarding, development, negotiation or terms, deal presentation, management of repos)
• Free cash analysis / -forecasting, cash management, monitoring cash allocation, active collateral management, redeveloping Liquidity planning tool
• Development of Risk Management Tools and Metrics, defining the standards and describe internal processes through SOPs
• Generating daily P&L and other reports for Senior Management
• Optimizing overall interest costs and banking charges

Your Profile:

• Min. of 3 years of experience in trade finance with a BA or MA in a related field
• You come with a background within a Trading house
• Tech savvy with excellent Excel skills
• Flair for numbers combined with quick and network-oriented thinking.
• Proven experience in structuring and pitching financing deals to banks
• Good understanding of hedging
• Goal-oriented and dedicated personality
• Self-driven with Entrepreneurial mind-set
