Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the UAE seeks an experienced Tower Crane Erector to lead crane assembly, erection, climbing, and commissioning on large construction sites. You will install mast sections, jib, and other components, following manufacturer instructions and approved procedures.

You must work at heights, comply with lifting plans and HSE standards, inspect equipment, and coordinate with supervisors, operators, riggers, and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Experienced Tower Crane Erector with expertise in crane assembly, erection, climbing, dismantling, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of lifting operations and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of HSE standards.
• Ability to work at heights and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect tower cranes according to manufacturer instructions and approved procedures.
• Install mast sections, jib, counter jib, climbing frame, and other crane components.
• Carry out tower crane climbing and mast extension activities.
• Dismantle tower cranes safely upon project completion.
• Inspect crane components, tools, and lifting equipment before use.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of tower cranes after erection.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, riggers, and other site personnel.
• Follow approved lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all crane components are installed correctly and securely.
• Report equipment defects, damaged parts, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
• Wear always required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Follow all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Ensure work is carried out safely and without risk to personnel, equipment, or property.
