Responsibilities

• Operate tower crane safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

• Follow lifting plans, signals, and instructions from lifting supervisor/banksman.
• Maintain clear communication with signalman/rigger during lifting operations.
• Ensure loads are properly positioned and safely handled.
• Monitor crane capacity and never exceed safe working load.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, site supervisors, and other personnel.
