Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric care in line with regulatory and company standards. Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid BLS, ACLS and PALS.

Requires at least two years in your home country and three years in a hospital Accident & Emergency setting; UAE experience is a plus. ERP, teamwork, patient safety, and ongoing mentoring are emphasized as part of a supportive learning environment under nursing

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates.
• Essential: At least two years in own country.
• Three years of recent experience in a hospital Accident & Emergency unit.
• Desirable: UAE experience.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership

Required Education
