Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric nursing care in line with regulatory standards. The role emphasises delivering safe, evidence-based care and collaborating with the multi-professional team to support positive patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will ensure patient safety, mentor learners, and contribute to a learning environment while upholding UAE regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Ensure patient safety by identifying preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies procedures and relevant legislation

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelors Degree in Nursing

valid BLS and NRP certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired: Three years recent maternity nursing exoerience

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
