Job Description Summary

Join our team as a Testing Coordinator – Manufacturing and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. In this role, you’ll coordinate manufacturing testing activities, work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, and help resolve testing issues to keep operations running efficiently. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

Serves as the technical leader/manager to develop a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor testing activities for customer projects. Provide technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, GE Product Testing, Sourcing, Testing sub-contractors. Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team and/or sub-con resources. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing GEV and 3rd party main relays and aux relays. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings (wiring diagram, Scheme, General Arrangement, etc.). Strong computer skills using MS Office Software Suite. Ability to lead a team of qualified engineers to allocate work and achieve desired results within scheduled time frame. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Has the knowledge and skill to actively support FAT related emergencies and lead GEV team in front of Customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel; ; Arabic will be an advantage Ability to work under pressure; Take ownership of activities Willing to travel, in country and worldwide if need arises and to work extended hours should need arise. Familiarity with computer network systems & switches Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
