Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Engineer responsible for ensuring equipment and systems are tested and commissioned to meet design, regulatory, and safety standards.

You will lead installation oversight, supervise commissioning, diagnose faults, prepare test reports, and train operations staff, coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure safe, reliable handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing and commissioning of industrial equipment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of equipment and systems to validate functionality and safety before commissioning.
• Supervise the commissioning process ensuring systems are operational and meet performance specs.
• Diagnose and address faults during testing and commissioning to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results and commissioning procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and vendors to ensure proper testing and handover.
