Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL and attend to customer needs professionally.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate DHL departments.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure needs are met.
• Establish customer agreements and ensure pricing guidelines are applied.
