Job summary

Nexo, a leading EPC company in power transmission and infrastructure, is seeking a Tendering Manager to lead techno-commercial tendering for substation and power transmission projects across the MENA region.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams, review client requirements, prepare bids, and ensure compliance with TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering and estimation for 400 kV EPC substation projects.
• Knowledge of TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa tender requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Understanding of substation EPC costing and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial bids, tender submissions, and cost estimates for substation EPC projects.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial teams, and external partners to develop competitive bids.
• Ensure compliance with client and utility-specific technical requirements.
• Support commercial evaluations, pricing strategies, and bid negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with client and utility-specific technical requirements.

We're Looking For

• Experience of tendering and estimation for 400 kV EPC substation projects, preferably with international (GCC / MENA / Africa) bid
• Familiarity with tendering requirements of TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa.
• Strong understanding of substation EPC scope, costing, and commercial aspects.
• Experience handling GCC utility projects.
