Job summary

alfanar Group is seeking a procurement professional to support the tendering and quotation process for electrical projects. You will coordinate RFQ reception, analysis of customer specs, and preparation of technical and commercial offers to meet deadlines.

You will log RFQs, review BOMs and shop drawings, collaborate with Master data and Planning teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining organized documentation.

Qualifications

• Receiving and Registration: RFQs received through C4C or email and logged in Tender Register.
• Analyze requirements based on customer specifications and prepare optimized material proposals.
• Coordinate effectively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive offers and meet deadlines.
• Gather and archive documentation related to offers and orders, and document assumptions for future reference.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial offers with detailed documentation.
• Respond to pre-qualification file requests with supporting documents.
• Coordinate post-bid clarifications and seek essential approvals before/after order execution.
