Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation from the sales team during project handover.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
• Support document preparation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and other internal departments.
• Participate in project meetings and track pending actions.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules.
• Monitor key project milestones and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to obtain required approvals.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with the approved order scope.
• Monitor basic project risks and maintain project risk registers.
• Identify potential delays, issues, and operational blockers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or the Project Manager.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation and scheduling.
• Coordinate factory delivery requirements and timelines.
• Assist with customer communication regarding documentation, testing, and project requirements.
• Follow up on documents required for invoicing and financial approvals.
• Support project teams in resolving administrative and logistical issues.
• Assist with periodic project progress reporting and tracking.
• Complete assigned project activities according to agreed schedules and targets.
• Use project resources effectively while maintaining cost and time efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting project progress, deviations, and completed activities.
• Identify and resolve routine project-related issues and escalates complex matters when required.
• Support quality control and ensure project activities comply with required specifications and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, procedures, and automation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
