Job summary

Six Construct in Dubai is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and cost control across infrastructure and marine projects. You will prepare BoQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates, while aligning tender submissions with contractual requirements.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years in QS, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. MRICS is a plus, and the role offers exposure to large-scale Middle East projects within a leading international group.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control.
• Experience with tendering, BoQ preparation, and cost estimates.
• Exposure to infrastructure or marine projects in the Middle East is a plus.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills; MRICS a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents (drawings/specs) for compliance and gaps.
• Prepare BoQ and quantity take-offs from drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate with estimators, engineers, and draftspersons during tendering.
• Follow up post-tender queries and align with contract requirements.
• Organize documentation and support for project award and kick-off.
