You will obtain quotations, develop detailed cost breakdowns, and prepare pricing sheets, bid summaries, and technical proposals for competitive tender submissions in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and project execution.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare tender queries and seek clarifications from clients.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, operations, and project management teams.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontract cost.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
• Preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop pricing sheets, bid summaries, and cost breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company procedures.
• Compile bidding documentation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain estimation databases, cost records, and historical project data.
• Organize and update supplier and subcontractor information.
