Savills Group in Sharjah is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors. You will provide professional support to incoming tenants, deliver leasing administrative services, and help the property management team with daily tasks.

You will manage emails, update records, assist in renewals and payments, coordinate with managers and finance, and ensure confidential handling of information.

Formación

• Fluent in English; educated to degree level or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive attitude.
• Ability to be flexible with administrative cover.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver leasing administrative service to support the property management team.
• Ensure customers and tenants' satisfaction is met.
• Assist renewal process and collection of payment.
• Update systems and prepare documentation for tenants and scanning.
• Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle emails promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
• Log tenant renewals/new lettings/short-term leases in Happy Tenant.
• Escalate complaints when necessary.
• Prepare documents for scanning into archive folders.
• Arrange deliveries of tenancy contracts to buildings weekly.
• Assist in daily tenant communication and services.
• Refine and develop admin processes for organised record keeping.
• Follow up on pending payments and documents.
• Coordinate with Property managers daily.
• Coordinate with finance for tenant disputes.
• Coordinate with PRO to attest contracts with Sharjah Municipality.
