Job summary

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai seeks a proactive F&B Operations Supervisor on a freelance contract. You will lead a 20–35 member team, manage opening/closing, inventory, and ensure safe, profitable service at events.

The role requires a hospitality-related degree, 2+ years UAE experience, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), and the ability to work under pressure. Visa sponsorship is required and candidates must have their own sponsorship.

This Role Involves

• Ensure F&B operations are running in a smooth and efficient manner and resulting in profitable execution of events.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for food concessions.
• Oversee and delegate responsibilities of food service operations such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Supervise and schedule an F&B team of 20 to 35 members while ensuring shift coverage and operational efficiency during rushes.
• Oversee food preparation, bar stocks, concession operations, and service quality according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and equipment maintenance across all areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, conduct periodic stock counts, and liaise with management on results.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and allergies while resolving complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Process payments using the point of sale system and assist with cash register operations as needed.
• Delegate cleaning, receiving, storage, and food issuance responsibilities to team members.
• Support management with opening, closing, and administrative tasks across multiple arena locations.

Qualifications

You should have:

• Degree or certification in Hospitality/ Management or other related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
