Al Rasikhoon Real Estate in Ajman is expanding its high-performing sales team. We are seeking driven Telesales Agents to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and maximize earning potential. You will generate leads, promote properties, and convert prospects into appointments.

Ideal candidates have telesales or call center experience, strong real estate market knowledge, and excellent CRM and closing skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or call center and real estate sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads.
• Promote and sell real estate properties, off-plan projects, and investments.
• Qualify leads by budget, timeline, and buying intent.
• Maintain CRM records and lead management data.
• Follow up to convert leads into appointments and property viewings.
• Coordinate with sales team for handover and closure.
• Stay updated on listings, pricing, plans, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads from CRM, portals, and marketing campaigns
• Promote and sell real estate properties, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities
• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and buying intent
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and lead management tools
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into appointments and property viewings
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover and deal closure
• Stay updated on property listings, pricing, payment plans, and market trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales / call center / sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of the Local real estate market
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Experience using CRM systems (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting)
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
