Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Site QC/Inspection professional to visit telecom sites, inspect installation work, verify conformance with drawings and quality checklists, and report findings.

You will coordinate with contractors and project teams, identify defects, and drive corrective actions while ensuring adherence to safety and HSE standards. UAE driving license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom installation, site supervision or quality inspection.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection checklists.
• Strong reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE valid driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple telecom sites to inspect installation work and share daily reports.
• Visit sites according to the assigned schedule.
• Inspect installation work against drawings, method statements, specifications and quality checklists.
• Check workmanship, materials, equipment, cabling, mounting, labeling, grounding, safety and site cleanliness.
• Verify installations meet project requirements and telecom/HSE standards.
• Record inspection results, take photos and prepare site visit and quality reports.
• Identify defects/non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions with teams until closure.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, project managers, clients and site representatives.
• Attend site inspections, handovers and acceptance checks as required.
• Escalate critical quality, safety, schedule or access issues promptly.
• Maintain records of inspections, punch lists, approvals and corrective actions.
• Follow site access, permit-to-work and health and safety requirements.

• Visit multiple telecom sites according to the assigned schedule.

• Inspect installation work against approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and quality checklists.

• Check workmanship, materials, equipment, cabling, mounting, labeling, grounding, safety measures, and site cleanliness.

• Verify that installations meet project requirements and applicable telecom and HSE standards.

• Record inspection results, take photos, and prepare clear site visit and quality reports.

• Identify defects, incomplete work, and non-conformances; agree corrective actions with installation teams and follow up until closure.

• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, project managers, clients, and other site representatives.

• Attend site inspections, installation handovers, and acceptance checks as required.

• Escalate critical quality, safety, schedule, or access issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, punch lists, approvals, and corrective actions.

• Follow site access, permit-to-work, and health and safety requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in telecom installation, site supervision, or quality inspection.

• Familiarity with telecom site equipment and installation practices.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection checklists.

• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• UAE Valid driving license is a must
