Job summary

XAD Technologies in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive - Telecom to join our Network Operations team. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting telecom systems and ensuring smooth back-end infrastructure operations.

The ideal candidate has strong networking knowledge, VoIP experience, and the ability to document procedures while collaborating with field teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in network support/operations environment.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting telecom/network equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot GPON technologies (Nokia/Huawei).
• Support Cisco routing and switching platforms including VLANs STP and port security.
• Manage and support VoIP infrastructure and IP telephony (SIP, CUCM).
• Provision and troubleshoot trunk lines (PRI, BRI, SIP).
• Configure MPLS and VPN services.
• Provide technical support for 5G network operations and leased line services.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and procedures.
