Experience with UAE operators like Etisalat and Du is preferred; office-based in Dubai with potential site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management or related field required.
• 3+ years of telecom project coordination experience, preferably with Nokia projects.
• Strong understanding of Nokia wireless, microwave, or fixed network technologies.
• Experience on UAE telecom projects with operators like Etisalat and Du.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; proficient with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Nokia telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, Nokia, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Handle project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with Nokia's standards and project requirements.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement for project needs.
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.
• Work closely with field engineers and technicians to optimize network implementation.

• Report project updates, risks, and challenges to senior management.
