Duncan & Ross Consulting invites an experienced Telecom Supervisor to oversee installation, testing and commissioning of telecom systems on Oil & Gas and industrial EPC projects.

You will supervise CCTV, PAGA, access control and fibre optic networks, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, standards and HSE procedures. The role requires 8–12 years in telecom construction with strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 8–12 years of telecom construction, installation and supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with onshore oil & gas facilities and industrial projects is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day telecom construction and installation activities at project sites.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of telecom systems including CCTV, PAGA, access control and telecom cabinets.
• Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation and control teams to resolve site issues.
• Review telecom layouts, cable schedules and installation drawings for accuracy.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records and handover documentation.
