Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar risk management role.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (cloud), operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control.
• Knowledge of technology product delivery with Agile and Kanban.
• Ability to adapt messages for different audiences including 1LoD and other stakeholders.
• Ability to define risk appetite, risk impact, and likelihood.
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• Experience interpreting and organizing complex data.
• Ability to provide control testing support to 1LoD.

Responsibilities

• Working across Technology and Product teams to analyse and understand their risk profile.
• Design, implement, and test controls to help reduce risk.
• Perform risk and control assessments and deep dives for actionable insights.
• Manage risks to reduce major incidents, breaches, or non-compliance.
• Record, handle, and report on risk incidents.
• Provide risk insights for the Board with data-driven reporting and monitoring metrics.
• Support the rollout of operational risk policies and guidelines.
