Job summary

ATRIBS is seeking a Technology Operations Executive to drive business transformation across the Innovation Team. You will identify digital opportunities, document requirements, and pilot practical solutions such as AI agents and Power BI dashboards to create measurable value.

You will translate challenges into structured business cases, develop MVPs, and collaborate with IT, Data, Cybersecurity, and Procurement to ensure feasible, scalable, and governance-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master's is an advantage.
• Certifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project/product management, or design thinking are preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI, MVP development, dashboards, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize transformation opportunities across DHRE using AI, automation, analytics, or emerging tech to boost efficiency and governance.
• Engage with departments to understand pain points, document processes, capture requirements, and translate into business cases, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Design and develop pilots, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards, and automation workflows to validate business value.
• Conduct feasibility assessments covering value, technical viability, data availability, and cybersecurity considerations.
• Manage pilot delivery: planning, milestones, risks, testing, feedback, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and Finance to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and governance alignment.
• Support vendor engagements by preparing requirements, coordinating trials, and documenting recommendations.
• Monitor AI/analytics trends and identify opportunities for real estate business context adoption.
• Define and track KPIs for pilots and digital initiatives including adoption and impact.
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and decision papers for leadership.
• Support change management with user guides and training to ensure smooth pilot-to-operations transition.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize business transformation opportunities across DHRE departments where AI, automation, data analytics, or emerging technologies can improve efficiency, customer experience, governance, decision-making, or operational performance.
• Engage with business departments to understand pain points, document current processes, capture requirements, and translate business needs into structured business cases, use cases, functional requirements, success criteria, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and independently develop practical pilots, proofs of concept, and MVPs, including AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, data models, and low-code/no-code prototypes to validate business value before wider implementation.
• Conduct feasibility assessments covering business value, technical viability, data availability, user impact, integration requirements, cybersecurity considerations, scalability, operating model implications, and estimated benefits.
• Manage pilot delivery activities, including planning, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, testing, feedback cycles, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, and relevant business teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Support vendor and partner engagements by preparing technical and business requirements, coordinating demonstrations and technology trials, evaluating proposed solutions, and documenting recommendations for management decision-making.
• Monitor technology trends in AI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, IoT, smart building technologies, drones, surveillance AI, and digital experience platforms, and recommend relevant opportunities for adoption within the real estate business context.
• Define and track KPIs for pilots and digital initiatives, including adoption, efficiency gains, cycle-time reduction, cost optimization, user satisfaction, risk reduction, and business impact.
• Prepare clear presentations, dashboards, status reports, executive updates, and decision papers to communicate opportunities, progress, outcomes, risks, recommendations, and lessons learned to business and leadership stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption by preparing user guides, training materials, awareness sessions, feedback mechanisms, and handover documentation to ensure successful transition from pilot to operational use.

• Number and quality of identified transformation opportunities, documented use cases, and approved business cases.
• Successful delivery of pilots, POCs, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards, and automation prototypes within agreed timelines and scope.

Qualification, Experiences, and Skills

• Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management or a related field.
  • Master s degree is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking, agile delivery or business analysis are preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of AI solutioning, MVP development, Power BI dashboarding, data-driven decision-making, emerging technologies, and digital transformation delivery.
• Minimum Experience (number of years)
  • 4 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, technology operations, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, product development or related technology-enabled transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with business departments to identify opportunities, develop use cases or business cases, manage pilots, and deliver working prototypes or dashboards.
