Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking a hands-on Technology Operations Specialist in Dubai to turn business challenges into AI, analytics, automation, and MVP-driven solutions. You will independently build prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, and automation workflows while collaborating with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering practical technology solutions, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, dashboards, or automation workflows.
• Strong business analysis: process mapping, requirements gathering, use-case development, business-case prep.
• Knowledge of AI solutions, data analytics, and Power BI; familiarity with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, governance, and performance using AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Engage stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and define practical solutions.
• Translate needs into use cases, business cases, functional specs, success criteria, and roadmaps.
• Independently develop POCs, prototypes, AI agents, dashboards, automation workflows, and MVPs.
• Design data models and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Plan pilots with timelines, milestones, risks, testing, feedback, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and business teams to ensure feasible, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, executive updates, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support adoption with user guides, training materials, and handover documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technology Operations Specialist to identify business challenges and turn them into practical technology solutions using AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills with the technical ability to independently build prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and minimum viable products (MVPs).

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, validating ideas through pilots, and delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency, customer experience, governance, and operational performance through AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, map existing processes, gather requirements, and define practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into use cases, business cases, functional requirements, success criteria, and implementation roadmaps.
• Independently develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and MVPs.
• Design and develop data models and dashboards to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Plan and manage pilot delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, feedback, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, cost‑effective, and scalable.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, executive updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Support solution adoption through user guides, training materials, feedback sessions, and handover documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, product development, or related technology‑enabled roles.
• Hands‑on experience developing practical technology solutions, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards, or automation workflows.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, use‑case development, and business‑case preparation.
• Practical knowledge of AI solutions, data analytics, Power BI, automation, and low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, integration concepts, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology architecture.
• Experience managing projects or pilots, including timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking, or business analysis.
• A masters degree in a relevant discipline.
