Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an IT Infrastructure Reporting Specialist to own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packs, ensuring platform health, patch compliance, availability, and risk spotlighting for governance forums.

You will develop KPI dashboards, track controls, automate data collection via APIs and scripting, and partner across Infrastructure, Risk, and Cybersecurity to standardize metrics and ensure audit-ready evidence. Strong communication and data translation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Reporting, IT Governance, KCI/KPI Management, Compliance, or Technology Controls.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, IT service management, cybersecurity controls, and risk management.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, data analysis, and automation using scripting or APIs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical and operational data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance, or governance activities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reporting packs covering platform health, security patch compliance, availability, capacity, incidents, changes, and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and compliance reports with audit-ready supporting evidence.
• Track infrastructure controls and compliance obligations including patching, vulnerability remediation, backup success, certificates, asset lifecycle, and access recertification.
• Monitor exceptions and overdue actions, escalating critical gaps and driving remediation and closure.
• Analyze reporting trends, control breaches, and deteriorating indicators to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Service Management, Risk/Controls, and Cybersecurity teams to standardize metrics and align reporting with governance frameworks.
• Automate data collection and reporting using APIs, scripting, dashboards, and other reporting tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Maintain data lineage, metric definitions, and reporting standards for a single source of truth.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for operational reviews, governance forums, and risk/control committees highlighting key risks and actions.
• Manage reporting calendars, stakeholder expectations, and service levels for timely report delivery.
• Ensure reporting complies with internal policies, confidentiality requirements, record retention standards, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate reporting, evidence, and control documentation.
• Maintain familiarity with system management, endpoint security, and anti-malware products.
