Job summary

Dicetek LLC seeks an experienced professional to manage technology infrastructure reporting, KPI dashboards, compliance tracking, and operational governance. You will work with Infrastructure, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Controls teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting.

The role focuses on delivering reporting packs, maintaining dashboards, tracking controls, and driving remediation with stakeholders, while promoting automation and standardized metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in IT infrastructure reporting and governance.
• Proficient in KCI/KPI management and compliance tracking.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk management.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, data analysis, and automation techniques.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reporting packs.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and compliance reports for audit readiness.
• Track infrastructure controls, patching, backups, certificates, and asset lifecycle.
• Monitor exceptions, escalate gaps, and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Analyze trends and root causes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Automate data collection and reporting using APIs and scripting.
