Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment in Dubai seeks an automotive technician to carry out multi-brand servicing on customer and fleet vehicles, ensuring quality, productivity and technical efficiency in line with company standards, and contributing to workshop revenue.

You will read service manuals, diagnose faults, operate workshop equipment, ensure fix-it-right-first-time, while delivering a delightful customer experience and maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School, Diploma or Industrial Training in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to automotive repair.
• Familiarity with workshop tools and reading service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a delightful experience to AG CARS customers with high quality jobs by fix it right first.
• Capable of working under pressure with set target productive efficiency.
• Takes responsibility for improving skill competence to enhance branch productivity.
• Continual improvement on existing job processes to improve productive efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• High School/Diploma/Industrial Training Certifications in Automobile or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge & Skill

• Basic Mechanical / Electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and capable of working with them.
• Ability to read and analyse drawings and schematics, reference service manuals and understand mechanical installation related information.

Experience

• High School with 5 years of work experience in Automobile Workshop.
• Industrial Training Certification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in automobile workshop.
• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with 2 year experience in automobile workshop.
