Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, seeks a Plumber Technician to maintain domestic water, hot water, drainage, sanitary and plumbing systems across the property. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and comply with company standards while supporting guest requests and operational needs.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, leak diagnosis, pipe installations, routine inspections, leak repairs, and coordination with engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose leaks and service valves, pumps and fixtures.
• Familiarity with health, safety and permit-to-work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, faulty valves and pumps.
• Install, replace and maintain pipes, fittings, fixtures and fixtures.
• Record maintenance activities and complete reports accurately.
• Coordinate with engineering trades to complete works efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

The Plumber Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of domestic water hot water drainage sanitary and plumbing systems throughout the property The role ensures all plumbing services operate safely efficiently and in compliance with company standards while providing timely support to operational requirements and guest requests

About the Role

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on domestic water drainage hot water sanitary and plumbing systems
• Diagnose and repair water leakages pipe blockages faulty valves pumps sanitary fixtures and plumbing equipment
• Install replace and maintain pipes fittings valves water closets wash basins faucets and other plumbing fixtures
• Carry out routine inspections of plumbing systems and report defects requiring corrective action
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests emergencies and plumbing breakdowns
• Assist with pipe modifications shutdown activities and commissioning of new plumbing installations
• Conduct flushing temperature monitoring and other water hygiene activities as directed
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Complete maintenance records work orders and inspection reports accurately
• Follow all Health Safety and Permit-to-Work procedures while carrying out maintenance activities
• Coordinate with other engineering trades and contractors to ensure efficient completion of maintenance works
• Support water conservation initiatives by identifying leaks and recommending improvements
• May assist in training or mentoring Technician 1 roles
