On behalf of our client, a multinational law firm based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, advice, and training regarding LAN/WAN hardware and software environments, including but not limited to desktop/laptops, telephony systems, and AV video conference systems.

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE with proven UAE experience in an IT technical client-facing role, preferably within a professional services environment, with knowledge of working on an IT service desk using call logging software. Fluency in English and an IT-related degree are essential.
