Job summary

Autel Energy -IMEA in Dubai seeks a Solution Design & Application specialist to support tenders, design site layouts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with sales teams to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable AC/DC charging solutions, system architecture, cloud and payment integration. Coordinate with EPCs and internal teams for project delivery and provide installation guidance, commissioning support, and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy or Automation.
• 1–3 years in EV charging, power electronics or electrical systems.
• Experience with DC fast charging systems is preferred; EPC/CPO/energy projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support tenders, RFQs, and customer meetings with technical input.
• Provide technical presentations and position products effectively.
• Analyze requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, EPCs, and internal teams for project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and support localization.

Job description

Work closely with sales teams to support tenders, RFQs, and customer meetings. Provide technical presentations and product positioning. Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions (AC/DC chargers, system architecture,cloud, payment system)

2. Solution Design & Application

• Support site layout, power calculation, and system configuration
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MoIAT, DEWA, IEC standards)

3. Project Delivery Support.

Coordinate with customers, EPCs, and internal teams for project execution.

Provide installation guidance, commissioning support, and trouble shooting.

Ensure smooth handover and system acceptance

4. Technical Documentation Prepare and review:

• Technical proposals
• Datasheets and compliance documents
• Certification support
• Support localization

5. Product Feedback & Improvement

Collect market and customer feedbackWork with HQ R&D to improve:Product performance (e.g., high temperature, derating)Compatibility (vehicles, grid, OCPP)

Support key accounts in resolving technical issuesAnalyze failures and provide root cause insights Improve uptime and customer satisfaction

Qulification:

1. Education Bachelor’s degree or above in:Electrical Engineering Power Electronics Energy / Automation related fields

2. Experience: 1-3 years in: EV charging / power electronics / electrical systems. Experience with:DC fast charging systems (preferred) EPC / CPO / energy project

3. Language English as working language, Arabic / Turkish is a plus.
