Job summary

CATL invites engineers to join our overseas energy storage solutions team in Dubai to design and implement ESS projects for international clients. You will collect requirements, assess risks, and translate market needs into competitive product demands while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a strong background in renewable energy or electrical engineering, experience with microgrid storage and PCS technology, and excellent English communication skills for global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related field.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development and familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
• Familiar with development processes and requirements of overseas energy storage projects.
• 10+ years of experience in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation) prioritized.
• Proficient in reading English technical specifications and papers; strong in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
• Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.

• 3、Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology；
• 4、Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions；
• 5、Priority given to those with 10 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) ；
• 6、Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing；
• 7、Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;
