Job summary
CATL invites you to join our team in the United Arab Emirates to oversee on-site operation and maintenance of utility-scale energy storage systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor system health, and lead troubleshooting efforts for BESS components such as PCS, BMS, EMS, batteries, transformers and switchgear.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering is required.
- Three or more years of on-site experience in the battery-related industry are required.
- Experience in O&M of utility-scale energy storage systems is highly preferred.
- Hands-on operation, maintenance and repair of energy storage systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily patrols, preventive maintenance and routine checks on BESS and associated components to ensure safe, stable operation.
- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot on-site, perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams to minimize downtime.
- Support commissioning of new projects by assisting with resource allocation for tests and inspections.
- Collect and analyze operation data, fault logs and maintenance records to drive reliability improvements.
- Enforce safety protocols and coordinate with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
