Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in AI, CS, IT or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous internship or corporate experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in diverse and collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
• Understand customer challenges and gather technical and business requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposals, demonstrations, and sales materials.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide technical information.
• Coordinate between sales, pre-sales, engineering, and project delivery teams.
• Support solution design and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain CRM records and sales opportunity updates.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and site visits.
• Assist in preparing commercial offers, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Support digitalization, automation, AI, SCADA, Industrial IoT, or software solution initiatives as applicable.
