Job summary

ANRA Technologies seeks a Technical Project Manager/UAS Safety Expert in Dubai to lead cross-functional teams in delivering UAS projects. You will shape requirements, manage timelines, assess safety risks, and align with regulatory standards across international partners.

You will apply systems engineering practices, translate safety and regulatory requirements into concrete technical actions, and help evolve operational concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, aerospace, safety, or related field.
• 3 year min of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical project management and/or UAS operations.
• Strong understanding of UAS safety, risk assessment, and operational requirements.
• Knowledge of SORA and UAS regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment.
