Job summary

DNV GL in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Project & Bid Support for Energy Systems. You will work with Project Managers and Team Leaders to support the delivery of technical and advisory projects across the Middle East and Africa.

The role includes coordinating safety and reliability studies, asset risk management, client meetings, project tracking, invoicing, and helping develop proposals and tailored service offerings for clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management projects.
• Support communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Participate in client meetings and helping document technical discussions and action points.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting, and invoicing under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Helping identify and document potential opportunities for future projects.
• Contributing to the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Assisting in tailoring service offerings to meet client needs and timelines.
• Supporting the documentation of commercial discussions and follow-ups using internal tools.
• Helping maintain client engagement records and identifying areas for future collaboration.

We are currently seeking to employ a qualified candidate for the position of Technical Project & Bid Support for Energy Systems team to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders to support the delivery of technical and advisory projects in the Energy sector across the Middle East and Africa. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the coordination of Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management projects.
• Supporting communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Participating in client meetings and helping document technical discussions and action points.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting, and invoicing under the guidance of a Project Manager.

You will also assist the Business Lead and Bid Managers in developing proposals and supporting business development activities:

• Contributing to the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Assisting in tailoring service offerings to meet client needs and timelines.
• Supporting the documentation of commercial discussions and follow-ups using internal tools.
• Helping maintain client engagement records and identifying areas for future collaboration.
