Job summary

DNV Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Technical Project & Bid Support for the Energy Systems team to assist in coordinating safety studies and asset risk management projects across the Middle East and Africa.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders, supporting client meetings, project tracking, invoicing, and business development activities. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to tailor offerings and capture future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Assisting in coordination of Safety Studies, Reliability Studies and Asset Risk Management projects.
• Supporting communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Participating in client meetings and documenting technical discussions and action points.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting and invoicing under guidance of a Project Manager.
• Identifying and documenting potential opportunities for future projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of proposals and support for business development activities.
• Contributing to preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Assisting in tailoring service offerings to meet client needs and timelines.
• Supporting documentation of commercial discussions and follow-ups using internal tools.
• Maintaining client engagement records and identifying areas for future collaboration.

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders to support.
the delivery of technical and advisory projects in the Energy sector across the Middle East and Africa.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the coordination of Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management projects.
• Supporting communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Participating in client meetings and helping document technical discussions and action points.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting, and invoicing under the guidance of a Project Manager.
