Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead multiple product engineering teams and own backlogs across features, NFRs, and technical debt. You will act as the voice of the customer, partnering with business counterparts to guide the lifecycle from concept through operations.

The role emphasizes governance, metrics, and collaboration within a SAFe environment, delivering data-driven outcomes for Emirates Group businesses in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing role with delivery impact.
• Global Product training and certification (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO).
• Some experience with Scaled Agile across multiple initiatives and 50+ teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own data and information products and ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines.
• Define acceptance criteria and sign-off across team backlogs.
• Capture and prioritise Technical Debt and NFRs across sprints.
