Job summary

AirQ in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical PMO to support planning and delivery of advanced UAV/UAS production projects, bringing structure, governance, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams.

You will drive PMO frameworks, monitor timelines and budgets, and develop dashboards for senior management. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO or engineering roles in UAV/aerospace, with experience in JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PMO, technical PMO, or engineering roles.
• Background in UAV/UAS, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• Experience with project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO governance, standards, and project frameworks across UAV programs.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and ensure effective project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for senior management.
