Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead the technical office for a fast-growing fit-out contractor specializing in retail, mall, and F&B projects across the UAE. You will oversee BOQ, shop drawings, RFIs, and mall-coordination with an in-house engineering team.

Applicants must have a B.Arch or Architectural Engineering degree, solid UAE market experience, and a proven track record leading a technical office on mall/retail/F&B tenant fit-out projects.

About the Company

A UAE-based interior fit-out contractor delivering end-to-end solutions for retail, mall, and F&B tenant projects, with an in-house engineering team managing everything from BOQ and shop drawings to mall-authority approvals and final handover.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Technical Office function across active retail/mall/F&B fit-out projects
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Oversee preparation and review of shop drawings and submittals
• Manage RFIs and technical coordination with consultants and mall authorities
• Coordinate mall administration approvals from project kickoff through completion
• Ensure technical documentation aligns with mall regulations and tenant fit-out guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Architectural Engineering — required
• Proven, hands-on experience managing the Technical Office function (not design or site management)
• Solid UAE market experience with demonstrated tenure
• Direct, named experience on mall/retail/F&B tenant fit-out projects
