Job summary

Meraki Integrated Contracting seeks a Technical Manager to lead construction and structural engineering efforts for commercial and residential high-rise projects in the UAE. The role emphasizes documentation control, approvals, and strict adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review PQD submittals with compliance statements.
• Review and comment on shop drawings and rebar shop drawings.
• Maintain engineering submission logs and rebar call-off logs per baseline program.
• Prepare technical packages for procurement and contractor finalization.
• Coordinate with project consultants, construction teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits as required and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled Technical Manager with a heavy focus on construction and structural engineering projects. The responsibilities centre on managing project documentation, ensuring compliance, coordinating submittals and liaising with various stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing amp commenting PQD Material Submittals with compliance statement
• Shop Drawings internal amp external Reviewing amp commenting Rebar Shop drawings
• BBS Maintaining Engineering submission logs amp rebar call off log in-compliance with the baseline programme Preparing Technical packages for sending to Procurement team for Contractor amp supplier finalization
• Periodical site visit whenever required Co-ordinating with the Project Consultant Construction team amp Sub Contractors on the Engineering Submissions amp follow up Able to handle multiples projects from start to handing over in all Technical aspects without any delay pending in compliance with the Quality Standards
