Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC in Dubai seeks a Technical Manager (Aluminum systems fabrication) to lead the pre-sales technical team and design engineers on multiple CNC-driven projects. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in CNC machinery, metal/aluminum systems fabrication, or automotive manufacturing.
• Good command of the Chinese language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-sales technical team, technical coordinators, and design engineers across multiple projects.
• Drive development of CNC-based solutions for metal fabrication and aluminum system processing.
• Engage with customers to understand production requirements, cycle times, material specs, and automation needs.
• Define and optimize full production line layouts including cutting, forming, machining, welding and finishing.
• Translate customer requirements into technically feasible, efficient and scalable solutions.
• Lead technical negotiations with customers ensuring alignment on specifications and commercial expectations.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to evaluate and select suitable machines and technologies.
• Review and approve engineering designs, layout drawings and machine integration plans.
• Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of CNC machines within automated production lines including robotics and material handling.
• Drive cost optimization through value engineering, standardization and efficient system design.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposals and solution justifications.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive technical proposals and documentation.
• Provide technical support during project execution, installation and commissioning phases.

Requirements:
